Donated to the 2018 @OSRsilentauction by @Crows_Massage: (1) 50 minute, in-studio session at Crow’s Massage (Gowanus area). The sessions include an evaluation and treatment using Massage, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and exercise techniques.
Michael has been practicing for 15 years, specializing in pain management and sports injuries, with a focus on getting clients back to training as quickly as possible. I personally endorse him and his technique, as would many other runners in our circle. Proper maintenance of the soft tissue and fascia is the cornerstone to avoiding running injury and keeping muscle function high and efficient. After working with Michael for the last year, the improvements in my running performance and injury avoidance are unquestionable.
